1. Data We Collect

Pembantu processes personal data provided directly by shop owners ("Users") to operate order tracking and customer communication services. This includes:

Shop Account Data: User email addresses, passwords, and shop names.
Customer Data: End-customer names, telephone numbers (WhatsApp numbers), order details, and pricing submitted by the User.

2. Purpose of Data Processing (PDPA Compliance)

In accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), customer phone numbers and order details are processed solely to:

Generate WhatsApp notification links for order readiness.
Store order history and customer statistics for the shop owner's account dashboard.

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer phone numbers to third parties. Phone numbers are strictly used to fulfill the laundry tracking services initiated by the User.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Account Data: Retained for as long as your shop account remains active.
Customer & Order Data: Stored in our database to maintain customer history. Users may request complete deletion of their shop account and associated order records at any time by contacting us.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures via our cloud infrastructure providers (Firebase / Google Cloud) to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
