Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pembantu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Pembantu on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

2. User Responsibilities & PDPA Compliance

Consent: As a shop owner, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before entering their names and WhatsApp phone numbers into Pembantu.
Permitted Use: You agree not to use the platform or WhatsApp notification features to send unsolicited marketing messages (spam) or illegal content.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Recurring Billing: Premium access to Pembantu is billed on a monthly subscription basis (RM49/month) via Stripe.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing settings. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

Pembantu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pembantu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost business or message delivery failures via third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp).
